Land Development

Located approximately 20 km north east of the fast growing City of Barrie, the village of Craighurst is located on the Oro Moraine and is within minutes of Horseshoe Valley's renowned Nordic and Alpine Skiing areas, Settler's Ghost and Heights of Horseshoe golf courses and nearby Copeland Forest.

The site fronts on to both the Horseshoe Valley Road and County Road 93, immediately east of the junction of Country Road 22 and Hwy 400. The proposed new subdivision is within the northeast quadrant of the Craighurst Settlement Area and resides among provincially significant wetlands, extensive woodlands, coldwater streams and lands which form part of the Greenlands System for the County of Simcoe.

Geranium's development concept is designed to integrate and celebrate the natural surroundings, enhance the social and built character of the town including the architecture, community amenities, streetscapes and other urban design elements.
