Founder's Message
Since founding Geranium Homes in 1977, my partner Barry Feiner and I
have been proud participants in the growth of Ontario. From our beginning as a small residential builder it has been an
exciting journey to where we find ourselves today as active participants in the Province's plans for growth.
Over the 30 years we have been involved in the new home building industry it has been our philosophy to embrace new construction
technologies and environmentally responsible initiatives. As developers and builders of new communities it is our mandate to respect
and respond to the concerns of our neighbours. We are proud of the communities we have created and are enthusiastically engaged in
the planning and development of what will become some of the most significant projects along the 400 corridor to north of Barrie.
